Data and purposes

Once enabled, forms may request the data needed to manage an enquiry, account, order, trade request or participation in the Club and forum. Profile data and posts will only be used for the features a visitor chooses to use.

Legal basis and messages

Managing an account, order or request will rely on the relationship requested by the user. Marketing messages, if enabled, will require a separate choice and can be stopped at any time.

Recipients and retention

The final configuration must identify the providers actually involved in hosting, email, payments, analytics or delivery, together with their locations and retention periods. That information has not yet been confirmed and will be completed before forms or sales are opened.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. Until a dedicated privacy channel is confirmed, use info@flycarmodel.es. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority.
