Preparatory document for the development environment. Live purchases and registrations are closed. Company details and commercial operations identified below must be confirmed by FLY before launch.
Before buying
This store is still being prepared. No live payments or orders are accepted until each product page clearly shows the applicable final price, taxes, availability, sales model, delivery costs and destination, delivery time or estimate, and accepted payment methods.
Availability and reservations
FLY will distinguish between an interest alert with no payment, an advance purchase and an available model. A pre-order can only be enabled when its page expressly states whether payment is due, any communicated unit or purchase limit, the delivery estimate and its particular terms. An interest alert does not create an order or charge a payment.
Order and confirmation
When sales are open, a purchase will be completed through the process shown on the website and the confirmation received by the buyer. Before placing an order, buyers must be able to review the products, amount, applicable charges and these terms.
Delivery, returns and withdrawal
Territories, carriers, costs, timing and the returns address will be published before sales open. For distance sales to consumers, the statutory withdrawal period is fourteen calendar days from receipt of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Buyers must communicate their decision in a recordable way; the exact process will be added when operations are enabled.
Conformity and statutory guarantee
New goods will be governed by applicable statutory conformity rights. For consumer goods, liability for lack of conformity appearing after delivery is set by law and is not limited by any commercial guarantee.
